Onboarding Incentives for New Avon Representatives
Starting September 16th!!! This program consists of three components: a sales component, a recruiting component and a Kick Start Bonus component.
Avon has a great incentive for incoming Representatives so with the holidays coming and this great incentive, it’s a wonderful time to become an Avon Rep. It is also a great tool for those of you building teams to show a potential new team member what she can make with her Avon business. The Kick Start program is part of the overall new Onboarding experience, designed to help new representatives get success from their first Avon Order and Beyond.
Campaign Order Sales – For each order that meets the order size goal in campaigns one through six a new representative will earn 40%. At the end of the sixth campaign, having reached each goal they will have earned approximately $660.00. Plus, by reaching each goal, she has increased her customer base to keep the orders coming in, and at $400.00 she is at sales to start tracking for President’s Club.
Each campaign is treated independently so the new recruit can earn in an individual campaign even if she missed a previous sales goal.
So all New Representatives appointed or placing a first order on or after September 16, 2016 will earn 40% on all product sales (brochure, direct delivery, fixed-earnings items and beauty; excluding tax and shipping costs) when they achieve sales according to the goal chart above. Pending appointees can place their first order on or after September 16th and qualify for this new program. Reinstatements do not count as a new representative for this incentive. If a Representative does not achieve a sales goal for any one of the six campaigns, their earnings for that campaign will be based on the regular commission schedule.
